About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team at our innovative residential service in Oxfordshire. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their recovery from drug or alcohol misuse through one-to-one counselling and group work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strength-based assessments and work with individuals to create care plans, promoting visible recovery.
  2. Carry out supervision of academic placements, ensuring trainees acquire necessary skills and competencies.
  3. Work in a women's-only residential service, providing safe therapeutic environments for those who have experienced multiple disadvantage and past trauma.

  1. A competitive starting salary of £26,750, with potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal.
