The Petrofac team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our offshore operations in the South North Sea and Dutch sector. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out structural surveys, providing engineering sketches, and reviewing lift plans to ensure the safe and efficient execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out engineering surveys of structural elements and provide recommendations for replacement or repair
  • Develop and review structural design calculations and sketches to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical expertise for the structural design of new infrastructure and modifications to existing infrastructure
  • Ensure all work complies with Petrofac's Contract Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong background in structural engineering with experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
