Job Title: Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our education team, you will provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Supporting Classroom Activities:**
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students with SEND
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with behavior management and promote positive behavior

Requirements:

  • **Qualifications:**
  • Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification
  • First Aid certification

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Teaching Assistant Level 2 or higher
  • Experience working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
