Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Arbuthnot Yon. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on commercial legal projects, including procurement and supply agreements, partnerships, and large-scale projects.
  • Work closely with the General Counsel and wider business to ensure effective legal function.
  • Develop and implement governance, compliance, and regulatory strategies.

About the Role:

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a growing and valued legal function, working on technically challenging projects and collaborating with a strong and supportive General Counsel.

We are looking for a 6+PQE commercial lawyer with a broad range of experience in commercial matters, who is looking for a varied and interactive role. If you are a bright and personable lawyer who enjoys stakeholder engagement, we would love to hear from you.
