Social Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Hub team at Bracknell Forest Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our most vulnerable residents to live fulfilling lives and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of adult social care cases, prioritizing and organizing workload effectively with regular supervision and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
- Take a strengths-based approach to support individuals to live independently and reduce dependence on long-term care.
- Support the delivery and maintenance of high standards of performance across the service.
- Work within allocated resources as set out in our scheme of delegation.
- Take an evidence-based approach to practice.
- Participate in regular supervision and appraisal in accordance with the departmental supervision policy and council's appraisal policy.
- Take responsibility for your own learning, including mandatory and recommended training.
- Lead on specific areas of work as required.
