The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building surveying principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a basic understanding of professional services are also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage refurbishment projects from £50,000 to £2,000,000
  • Oversee D&B new build projects
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Administer contracts and prepare tender packages
  • Conduct various building surveys
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
