Transformational Marketing Leader

About the Role:
In our Mission 2025, we have identified Flavouring Billions of Water Occasions as a key transformational opportunity. As the leader in liquid Flavour Concentrates, we aim to expand our market share by accessing water occasions with our brands. This presents a significant growth opportunity for Britvic, and we are seeking a skilled professional to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to expand the Flavour Concentrates category by accessing more water occasions.
- Lead an agile team to bring key initiatives to market, working closely with Business Units and the Britvic Executive team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational growth and drive innovation.
- Build relationships with external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Manage performance metrics and accountability.
Requirements:
- A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading new transformational thinking and launching new products in the FMCG industry.
- Strong consumer insights and data analysis skills, with experience working in the Food and Beverage industry.
- High-level brand P&L value management experience, with the ability to demonstrate good commercial judgement to maximise brand profitability and enhance margin.
