About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Penguin Random House. As a key member of our editorial department, you will be responsible for managing the publishing process of acquired titles from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage UK originated titles through the whole publishing process, including structural and line editing.
  • Draft cover copy, brief jackets, and create production schedules.
  • Negotiate with freelancers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with the senior commissioning team to create bestselling books that inform, empower, and spark new directions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project managing UK originated books through the whole publishing process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Interest in the non-fiction areas published by Penguin Random House.
