Job Title: UK News Editor

We are seeking an experienced journalist to lead our news coverage of advertising and creativity in the UK. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit engaging news content that highlights the latest developments in advertising and creativity
  • Collaborate with our team of writers and editors to ensure consistency and quality across all content
  • Conduct research and interviews to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely and relevant publication
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure visually appealing and engaging content
Requirements:
  • Accredited journalism training or equivalent
  • 3+ years of journalism experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable curiosity and passion for creativity and advertising
  • Basic HTML and image editing skills
  • Microsoft Excel and film editing software experience
  • BA degree 2:1 or higher
  • Understanding of the UK advertising and marketing industry
