About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our property portfolio, including liaison and lease negotiations with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to negotiate and manage property agreements, ensuring optimal use of our estate.
  • Verify and update property-related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Trust policies.
  • Represent the Trust at tenant or equivalent committees, reviewing space utilization and occupancy agreements to maximize estate efficiency.
  • Act as head tenant for staff residential accommodation, agreeing terms, monitoring service contracts, and ensuring safe and compliant living quarters.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with commercial landlord experience.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or significant experience working at degree level.
  • Management/leadership qualification or equivalent knowledge at postgraduate level.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
