International Account Manager for Telephone Services

Location: Remote

Compensation: £32,000 - £37,000 + £7,500 OTE

Role Overview
In this position, you will oversee a specific portfolio of accounts on a daily basis, aiming to meet activity, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. Success in this role will come from recognizing sales prospects, delivering exceptional service, and demonstrating value to enhance the retention of current expenditures. A minor portion of your time will involve promoting our international offerings to incoming inquiries, with potential outbound outreach to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with international clients to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Invest time in comprehending their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Identify training needs to bolster the relationship and provide necessary training.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret client data to illustrate the value of our services and return on investment.
  • Leverage internal resources and data to enhance our value proposition.
  • Present company products and new initiatives to clients.
  • Handle objections and propose alternative solutions.
  • Spot new business opportunities, present tailored advertising solutions, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in relevant databases and systems.
