About the Role: As the HSEQ Manager, you will take a leading role in managing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards across the business. Our client is a tier 1 civil engineering contractor specialising in Coastal Protection, Fluvial, Ports & Harbours, Water Industry, and Infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring industry standards and legislation compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across the business.
  • Monitoring legal developments to ensure the company remains compliant with HSEQ-related legislation.
  • Working closely with the Sustainability Committee to enhance the company's environmental performance, particularly around carbon reduction.
