Internal Sales Advisor

Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at Farr Associates Recruitment Ltd.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities in the local target market.
  • Maximise sales across their complete product range.
  • Generate leads and contact prospective customers.
  • Up-selling products to maximise order potential.
  • Be able to understand client business in detail to increase their value.
  • Convert leads from enquiry into quotes & sales orders – commission offered here.

You will be assigned some existing key customer accounts that you will develop through delivery of excellent customer service – liaising with existing customers and advising on product savings and new additions to the portfolio of products as well as managing current regular orders. You will also make calls to lapsed clients to understand their current trading needs and see if they would be happy to re connect and provide a quotation for their up and coming order.

This is a super family-owned business that has been established over 50 years, they are known for their niche and fun products and services; the offices are super supportive with a friendly atmosphere.
