PhD Research in Sustainable Zinc-Air Battery Technology
2 months ago
About the Project
This research project focuses on developing cost-effective and sustainable rechargeable batteries using zinc as a key component. Zinc offers significant advantages over lithium, including lower cost, enhanced safety, and high recycling efficiency. The project will investigate manganese-based air electrodes for use in rechargeable zinc-air batteries (RZABs), exploring their potential to deliver improved performance through structural modifications and tailored active sites.
Your Role as a PhD Researcher
As a PhD researcher, you will play a vital role in designing and conducting experiments to develop and evaluate novel manganese-based RZAB cells. You will collaborate closely with our experienced team of researchers to advance innovative strategies for enhancing RZAB technology. Your research findings will be disseminated through high-impact scientific publications and presentations at international conferences.
