In this capacity, you will oversee compliance administration, crafting and executing strategies to fortify our internal culture and enhance communication. You will also be instrumental in managing candidate interactions and ensuring adherence to industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Relations:
- Foster ongoing relationships with candidates, offering regular updates and support to guarantee a positive experience.
- Cultivate positive connections with current staff.
- Conduct follow-ups with team members to collect feedback and address any issues.
- Build and maintain a talent pool through consistent communication with past and prospective candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting staff engagement and retention.

Compliance:
- Ensure all candidate documentation is collected, verified, and maintained in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Perform comprehensive background checks, including reference checks, employment verification, and criminal record assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

- Verify candidate qualifications, including education, certifications, and licenses, ensuring all information is precise and current.
- Stay informed about relevant compliance regulations, including GDPR and employment laws, ensuring company practices are in alignment.
- Formulate and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication to the team.
- Conduct regular audits to guarantee ongoing compliance with both internal and external standards.

Experience Required:
- Prior experience in recruitment, customer relations, compliance, or administrative roles.
- Ability to forge strong and enduring relationships.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment, including documentation and background checks.
- Proven ability to maintain organized records and generate detailed reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build and sustain positive relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
