About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live well in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with our clients, providing emotional support and companionship during regular visits.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with essential daily tasks, such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Home Help: Provide support with everyday tasks, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed Minimum Income Contracts: A minimum of 10 hours per week, with no zero-hours contracts.
  • Competitive Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour, with double pay on bank holidays.
  • Paid Mileage: A higher rate of 45p per mile.
  • Paid DBS Check: We cover the cost of your enhanced DBS subject to T&C's.
  • First-class Training: Our award-winning training ensures you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
  • Care Certification: Once you have completed your extended training, you will receive an industry-recognised Care Certificate.

Requirements:

  • Travel: You will be visiting clients in their homes and must be able to travel between visits.
  • Right to Work: The right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
