Care Assistant Role at Oak Springs Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home, a luxury purpose-built residential care home in Wavertree. Our home provides the highest standard of residential respite and dementia care for older people.

Our beautiful 74-bedded home is spread across 3 floors, and our lively team supports the vibrant community of residents to enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. We emphasize sensory enlightenment, encourage individuality, and focus on enhancing quality of life rather than just preserving it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any necessary training to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Support our residents with personal care, hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
  • Support our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
