About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake any necessary training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Support our residents with personal care, hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
  • Support our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

  • 8pm-8am shifts, with 3 nights per week on a rolling rota, including some weekend working
