About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Associate to join our team at Superb People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and disseminate accurate and timely information to investors, auditors, prospects, regulators, and other external stakeholders regarding portfolio, fund, and firm-level performance.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for RfPs/RfIs, coordinating with internal subject matter experts to gather and provide relevant information.
  • Investor Services: Liaise with the Investor Services team to ensure seamless communication and support for investors.
  • Commentary and Reporting: Review, validate, and standardize the investment team's monthly investor commentary and fund-level performance parameters.
  • Capital Activity: Process and report daily and/or monthly investor capital activity to internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with the Middle East and Asia sales team to strategize client coverage, respond to investor queries, and provide overall client support.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate and lead investor due diligence meetings, preparing materials and follow-up items as needed.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain standard marketing materials, including monthly presentations and periodic reviews of fund and investment manager DDQs.
  • Process Improvement: Engage with the technology team to automate reports, processes, and dashboards, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in investor relations, RFPs/DDQs, and marketing materials creation.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and think strategically.
