About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Depot Engineer to join our team at our Lomondgate site. As a Depot Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on generators and other equipment to ensure they're running at optimal levels.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the service crew to ensure seamless equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in generator repair and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant engineering or mechanical qualification (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
  • Have experience in servicing and repairing large engines, generators, and other heavy equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications and able to maintain accurate records.
