About the Job

This role will be primarily based in Liverpool, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Cambridge required. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Improvement Specialist with a proven track record in ERP implementation within a process manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in all phases of the ERP implementation project, with a focus on planning, requirements gathering, global design documentation, and testing.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization and automation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement with a focus on ERP implementation is required. Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or MS Dynamics is essential. Project management and Continuous Improvement certification is also desirable.
