About the Role

Mpeople Recruitment Yorkshire is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, ensuring an efficient and convenient ordering process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
  • Take ownership of customer issues to see them through and ensure timely resolution
  • Update customer records and accurately administer customer account details on internal CRM systems
  • Respond to customer enquiries across multiple platforms

  • Call Centre Experience
