About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our Trade Compliance and Customs & Export Control Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Draeger Safety UK, Draeger Medical UK, and Draeger Ireland volumes linked to Trade Compliance UK & IE Department, ensuring procedures and policies are followed.
  • Track, trace, coordinate, and follow through to resolution necessary documentation to have all trade compliance and customs compliance processes in order.
  • Log necessary information onto relevant logs, spreadsheets, and systems in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy is up to the best standard.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party brokers, suppliers, HMRC, DIT, and ECJU, as necessary.
  • Fill in and submit relevant GOV forms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Customs / Import / Export qualification or courses.
  • Customs Declaration Entry qualification or courses.
  • International Trade qualification or courses.
  • Export Control / Sanctions / HS Code courses.
  • Understanding of business environment.
  • Customs processes.
  • Logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage / prioritize workload.
  • Admin tasks.
  • Ability and willingness to learn, study, and research.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to communicate.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
