Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Managing financial ledgers and transactions
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Ensuring accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Preparing and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursements
- Maintaining records of invoices, payments, and transactions
- Reviewing and filing payroll documents
Requirements
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting software
