Special Education Support Worker

Your key responsibilities will include implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour interventions, assisting in classroom activities, and promoting social interaction. You will also support the learning and development of students with special educational needs (SEN) and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a supportive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent, experience working with individuals with Autism or SEN, and a strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an educational setting
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour interventions

**Requirements:**
* Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent

**Working Conditions:**
