About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at our Leicester Retail Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.
- Use our in-house CRM system to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Top up customers' gas and electric meters, share energy efficiency tips and tricks, and handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions.
- Work towards sales and service goals, sell our fantastic products to customers, and collaborate with local charities and organizations.
- Adapt to changing situations and seamlessly switch between face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.
Requirements:
- A positive and solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face-to-face or telephony, is advantageous.
