About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigated Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic team in a global legal business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in motor recoveries litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated motor recoveries claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and providing detailed case analysis.
  • Liaising with clients, defendants, and third parties to negotiate settlements.
  • Preparing cases for court proceedings and attending hearings when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.

About You

  • Proven experience as a paralegal in litigated motor recoveries.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal databases and case management software.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within a similar legal environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in motor recoveries law.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
