Senior Site Manager

Willmott Dixon Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of traditional residential projects in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standards of quality on site, adopting the principles of the Considerate Constructor's Scheme, and managing community relations. They will also be expected to undertake works in the most economic manner, eliminate waste, and avoid non-recoverable costs and preliminaries losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project programmes to achieve delivery on time.
  2. Manage project handover and ensure defect/snags free completion.
  3. Lead and manage the supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

Essential Criteria:

  • A current CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience of working on traditional residential projects.
  • Management of the supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft programmes; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
