Senior Site Manager Opportunity

Willmott Dixon Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering traditional residential projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain high standards of quality on site, ensuring delivery of a quality build in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
  2. Adopt the principles of the Considerate Constructor's Scheme and manage community relations effectively.
  3. Optimize project delivery by eliminating waste and minimizing non-recoverable costs and preliminaries losses.
  4. Develop and manage project programmes to achieve timely delivery.
  5. Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
  6. Ensure defect-free completion and manage project handover.
Essential Criteria:
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
  • A current CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Experience in managing the supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
