About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Manager to join our team at Wowcher. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product offerings are always on-trend, seasonally relevant, and in high demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Sourcing and Merchandising: Identify and select products that meet our brand's standards and appeal to our customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of our products on our website, ensuring that it is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Category Management: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform product decisions and optimize category performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and product developments.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • 1+ Year of Experience in E-commerce or Merchandising: Proven track record of success in a similar role.
