  • Merchandising Systems
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of merchandising systems and processes.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and analysis.
  • Management and Development
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective performance and development.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
