Procurement Contract Manager

Butler Rose is seeking a skilled Procurement Contract Manager to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the development of contract management for our business and ensuring our suppliers meet their performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract scope, establish KPIs, and agree on contract terms.
- Ensure contracts comply with UK law and are legally enforceable.
- Minimise risks during contract negotiations and ensure they are fully understood before finalising agreements.
- Obtain contract authorisations in accordance with competence guidelines.
- Review contracts with internal stakeholders to confirm goods or services align with contractual terms.
- Conduct contract reviews with suppliers when necessary.
- Minimum CIPS 4
- Experience of commercial law
- Preparing for negotiation
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to work and prioritise
