Job Opportunity

Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join their team in Plymouth. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for taking full control of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  2. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing and contract management
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  4. Provide expert advice on procurement best practices and industry trends
  5. Mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 3+ years of experience in a commercial or procurement environment
  2. Experience working in Defence, Aerospace, or Public Sector
  3. Strong communication and client-facing skills
  4. MCIPS qualification or equivalent
  5. Security Clearance or previous experience
