Job Summary:
Butler Rose is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of contract management for our clients and ensuring their suppliers are held accountable to their performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the scope of work, establish KPIs, and agree on contract terms.
- Ensure all contracts comply with UK law and are legally enforceable.
- Minimize risks during contract negotiations and ensure they are fully understood before finalizing agreements.
- Obtain contract authorizations in accordance with competence guidelines.
- Review contracts with internal stakeholders to confirm that the goods or services provided align with contractual terms.
- Conduct contract reviews with suppliers when necessary.
- Collaborate with buyers to agree on the terms of framework contracts, including warranty, liability, and supplier inventory obligations.
Requirements:
- Minimum CIPS 4
- Experience of commercial law
- Preparing for negotiation
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to work and prioritize
- Commercial Contract Management
