Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients.
- Supervise and deploy staff, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain clinical governance, ensuring that our team is compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical skills, with a deep understanding of patient care and clinical governance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
