Job Title: NHSL Assistant Practitioner

About the Role

The Assistant Practitioner will work in support of a registered nurse, carrying out specific care duties for patients, delegated by a registered nurse or other relevant professional. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
