Key Responsibilities:- Carry out direct work with children, young people, and their families, including assessing and providing support, child protection, and working with Looked After and accommodated children.
- Work in line with the principles of 'Getting it Right for Every Child' and prioritize inter-agency working.
- Complete assessments and write reports for various forums, including Child Protection Planning Meetings, The Children's Hearing system, and Court.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Social Work Degree
