Your Role
As a seasoned commercial change manager, you will assist the Head of Commercial Change in consolidating and disseminating all commercial modifications externally, primarily to our ISP partners. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that customer organizations can effectively prepare for, adapt to, manage, and budget for changes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive "Commercial Change" roadmap that guarantees all internal stakeholders and key customers are informed about which changes are communicated and when, ensuring predictability and effective management.
- Establish appropriate processes and systems to gather input from the business regarding necessary commercial changes to be communicated to our customers.
- Manage expectations with ISP partners regarding how changes will be communicated, including the channels and frequency of communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supporting the creation and execution of a commercial change roadmap or large-scale transformation projects.
- Prior experience in analyzing and refining existing processes to establish centralized systems that enable business areas to effectively communicate commercial changes to their customers.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching market propositions, with the ability to assess and measure the effectiveness of these launches.
