Job Title: Head of Commercial Change

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the Commercial Change function in a rapidly growing company. Your primary focus will be on centralizing and communicating all commercial change externally to our ISP customers, ensuring they can effectively plan, consume, manage, and budget changes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate all commercial change impacting our 30+ ISP customers into a common process funnel within the organization.
  • Develop and operate a "Commercial Change" roadmap that ensures all internal stakeholders and key customers know which change is communicated in what timeframe to ensure predictability.
  • Work with the Commercial Team and Business Product Development & In-life head to create and execute business cases.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a commercial leadership role with in-depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications market.
  • Leadership skills that direct how the team analyzes performance data and marketing penetration trends to identify trends, actionable opportunities, and refine strategies.
