Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead our commercial and contracts team on the management of contractual changes
  2. Drive the standardisation of best practice approaches across our portfolio of contracts
  3. Develop and maintain data accuracy and reporting for all in-flight and contractual changes
  4. Ensure agreed contractual changes are briefed to Pre-Contracts to ensure compliance with changes on future contracts
  5. Provide executive briefing and impact assessment on all contractual changes
  6. Advise stakeholders on budgets, risks, and opportunities as a result of contractual change

What You'll Bring

You'll have extensive background in contract/commercial management or quantity surveying, with particular experience in advising and executing contract change or contract drafting. You'll also bring the following:

  1. Experience managing key stakeholders across all business functions, collaborating effectively across different teams
  2. Experience in dispute resolution and negotiation
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
  4. Familiarity with change management processes and practices
