About the RoleAs Brand and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the charity's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering on their promise. You will also lead communications efforts, plan and execute internal and external communication strategies to promote the brand, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the charity's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering on their promise.
- Lead communications efforts, plan and execute internal and external communication strategies to promote the brand, vision, and values.
- Manage and review media relations, develop and implement PR and advertising strategies alongside the PR agency.
- Analyse and improve, set and manage KPIs, gather insights, and use data to refine and improve the PR, brand, and communications strategies.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing brand, PR, and communications strategies, including building a brand profile and positioning. You will also be audience-centric in your approach with a strong understanding of PR and communications channels. Leadership and management skills are required, as you will have one direct report to coach and develop.
We are looking for someone who can think creatively and come up with new ideas while being highly organised and able to lead multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
