Group Executive Director of Finance and Resources

Our client, a leading education provider, is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join their Executive Team. With a strong track record in financial planning, risk management, and audit oversight, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring fiscal health and compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to liaise with the Board of Governors. You will be responsible for leading the Finance, Management Information Services, and Funding teams, as well as overseeing Estates and IT Services.

As a key member of the Executive Team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring future sustainability and growth. You will be a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the FE sector's financial landscape and a proven ability to navigate complex financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations and ensure fiscal health and compliance with financial regulations
  • Lead the Finance, Management Information Services, and Funding teams
  • Oversee Estates and IT Services
  • Liaise with the Board of Governors
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability

Requirements:
