We have a dedicated and experienced team of childcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children. As a Senior Room Manager, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the management of staff, resources, and facilities. You will also be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for the children in your care, and for ensuring that their individual needs are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and managerial experience. You will also need to be passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children, and be committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
