Our Team

We have a large staff room and training room, and a very supportive management team that offer a variety of different training and progression opportunities. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

What to Expect

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. You will also ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
