We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner at Royal Holloway University. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic objectives that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in various projects to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives and initiatives.
- Develop and implement targeted people interventions for designated areas.
- Provide coaching and advisory services to senior managers and leaders.
- Contribute to the development of organizational design, change management, and strategic resourcing initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Chartered member of the CIPD (level 7 or equivalent).
- Proven track record of fostering effective professional relationships and establishing credibility and trust with senior managers.
- Extensive senior-level HR experience in a complex environment, ideally within a unionized setting.
