Busy Bees Egham Day Nursery and preschool at Egham TW20 are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING. Our warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Room Manager, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.

Our beautiful nursery is located close to the high street and walking distance to bus and train lines. It is easily accessible from the M4 and M25 and has onsite parking. We also have a large staff room and training room. Our very supportive management team offers a variety of different training & progression opportunities.

What to Expect as a Room Manager

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.

Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.

And most of all, have FUN

*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse*
