Experimentation Specialist (Digital)

Are you a data-driven professional looking to drive business growth through experimentation? We have an exciting opportunity for an Experimentation Specialist (Digital) to join our client, a leading retailer, in their mission to enhance their analytics capabilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Experimentation Specialist to support the Experimentation Lead in driving the usage of experimentation throughout the business. As an Experimentation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring experimentation roadmaps align with business objectives, providing guidance to Digital Marketing teams through the experimentation process, and driving enhancements to the experimentation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Experimentation Lead in driving the usage of experimentation throughout the business
  • Ensure experimentation roadmaps align with business objectives
  • Provide guidance to Digital Marketing teams through the experimentation process
  • Drive enhancements to the experimentation platform
  • Ensure testing methodologies align with business goals
  • Present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage and lead on multiple experimentation projects
  • Analyse and interpret complex experiments, providing insights to drive decision making

Requirements

  • Proven track record working in Digital Marketing Experimentation focused role
  • Strong statistical experience (such as incrementality testing, linear regression etc.)
  • Ability to link Digital Marketing and Experimentation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
