Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Omega
Reports to: General Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
At Omega, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Quality team and handle all Quality-related matters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality team at our Omega site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Quality team, ensuring effective processes and adherence to standards.
- Process Improvement: Oversee quality processes, drive improvements using Lean Management System (LMS), and ensure risk is mitigated.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary Quality interface for customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in the Omega sector leadership team, contribute to strategic planning, and manage quality metrics and KPIs.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal and supplier audits, address non-conformance, and ensure effective risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Proven track record in quality management and process improvement. Relevant industry experience is desirable.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of EN9100 and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leader with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex issues and drive process improvements.
- Requires occasional travel and physical activity in line with health and safety policies.
