Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Quality team and handle all Quality-related matters at Omega. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to EN9100 and ISO9001 standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Quality team, ensuring effective processes and adherence to standards.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee quality processes, drive improvements using Lean Management System (LMS), and ensure risk is mitigated.
  • Customer & Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary Quality interface for customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in the sector leadership team, contribute to strategic planning, and manage quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal and supplier audits, address non-conformance, and ensure effective risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Proven track record: In quality management and process improvement. Relevant industry experience is desirable.
  • Strong leadership: Analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of EN9100 and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leader: Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage complex issues and drive process improvements.
