About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Partner to join our team at Supply Chain Coordination Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic people plans that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective people partnering practices across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that support business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on people strategies, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Enable directorate alignment to corporate organization principles.
  • Shape the people strategy for assigned directorates.
